The Next Best Thing to Robert Redford (15 servings.) 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts 3/4 cup butter, melted 1 package cream cheese, at room temperature (8oz.) 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping, divided 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3 oz.) 1 package instant chocolate pudding (3 oz.) 3 cups milk 1 cup shaved chocolate or toasted coconut Combine flour, nuts and butter in medium bowl; press firmly in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 3500F for 15 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over baked layer. Mix puddings and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
