Coffee Jello
1 envelope (1 tbsp) unflavoured gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups strong coffee
Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Mold and chill. serves 4
Variations:
Sherry coffee jello: Replace coffee with 1.5 cups coffee and
0.5 cup sherry.
Brandy Coffee jello: 1.75 cups coffee, 0.25 cup brandy.
If desired, you may add cream, or use a sugar substitute.
