PISTACHIO DESSERT
1 cup flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tbsp. sugar 1 stick soft margarine
8 oz cream cheese 9 oz Cool Whip 1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 3-oz pkgs pistachio instant pudding 3 cups milk
Mix together and spread in 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Combine cheese, sugar and half the Cool Whip and spread on crust. Mix together until thick and pour over cheese mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
