Pistachio Refrigerator Dessert
1 cup flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup chopped nuts 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup powdered sugar 8 oz Cool Whip 2 small pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix 1 1/2 cup cold milk 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Combine flour, sugar, butter and nuts and press into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool. Mix cheese and powdered sugar together, fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip, spread on cooled crust. Make pudding and add almond flavoring. Combine and spread over top of cream cheese layer, refrigerate until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate.
