LEMON DELIGHT
1 stick margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped nuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
3 small pkgs instant lemon jello
3 cups milk
Mix margarine, flour and nuts and press in 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 35
for 15 minutes or until nice and brown. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, icing sugar and cool whip and spread on crust.
Mix jello and milk till it get nice and thick. Pour on cream cheese
layer. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
