1 cup white rice, cooked and cooled 2 cups milk 6 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon orange extract 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
While rice is cooling, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooled rice and pour mixture into a 10 inch glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour (or until center is cooked).
