Peaches And Cream Dessert 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 3 oz vanilla pudding mix 3 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 20 oz can peaches 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 3 Tbsp peach juice Combine flour, baking powder, pudding, salt, butter, milk, and egg in a bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate. Drain peaches, saving juice. Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and peach juice. Spread peaches in pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches within 1-inch of the edge. Bake 350 F, 30-35 minutes.
