Rhubarb Delight
4 cups cleaned rhubarb, cut into small pieces
1 cup sugar
1 3-oz. package red jello (any kind)
1 package white cake mix
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Layer the first 4 ingredients in a 9x13 pan in the order given above.
Pour the melted margarine over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool.
Delicious served with vanilla ice cream!
