Cheesecake
2 pounds cream cheese, softened
6 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup (4 oz) sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and blend with electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into springform pan and place into preheated 325 degree oven.
Bake for 50 minutes, then turn off heat and let it sit in the oven
for another hour. Remove from oven and let cool. Cover with foil
and refrigerate for at least 48 hours.
