Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake 1 lb white chocolate, melted 2 lbs cream cheese, warmed in microwave for 2 minutes on high 5 jumbo eggs, out of shell and warmed in microwave 25 seconds 1/2 cup butter, softened 3 TBS hazelnut liqueur 1 TBS vanilla dash ground nutmeg 6 ozs milk chocolate witH hazelnuts, in chunks
Melt white chocolate. Beat white chocolate and cheese, butter, liqueur, vanilla and nutmeg. Add eggs, beating on low speed. Stir in milk chocolate chunks.
Pour into crust and bake at 350-degrees for 60-65 minutes until knife inserted midway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool thoroughly.
