Petite Cheesecakes
24 cupcake liners
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
cherry pie filling
Place liners in cupcake pan, put one wafer in each liner. Beat
cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy. Pour in liners, bake 375F
for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with pie filling. Chill.
