Frozen Mocha Cheesecake
1 1/4 c chocolate wafer crumbs (Oreo)
1/4 c margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c sugar
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2/3 C chocolate syrup
1 to 2 T instant coffee powder
1 tsp hot water
1 c whipping cream, whipped
Combine crumbs, margarine and sugar, press firmly on bottom and up
sides of pie pan. In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy,
gradually add milk and syrup, beating until smooth.
Dissolve coffee powder in hot water, mix well into cheese mixture.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan, cover. Freeze 6
hours or until firm. Garnish with chocolate crumbs, chips or
