New York Cheesecake
Serves twelve

1 3/4 cups graham crackers for crust
1 oz chopped walnuts
2 oz margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
16 oz cream cheese
8 oz sugar
3 eggs
1/4 salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
16 oz sour cream

In a bowl, mix the graham crackers, chopped walnuts, margarine,
and cinnamon. Pat mixture into a springform pan to form crust for
the cake. Cover the bottom of the cake pan and come up about 1/2
inch.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla,and cheese. Beat
until smooth. Blend in the sour cream, then pour in the cake pan
over your crust. Add a few chopped walnuts on top for decoration.
Bake at 350 about 40 minutes until center is firm. Must be chilled
in refrigerator for 5 hours before eating.
