Praline Cheesecake

1 c graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsps sugar
3 tbsps butter, melted

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c dark brown sugar
2 tbsps flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsps vanilla
1/2 c pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c maple syrup
pecan halves

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press mixture or prepared pie
dough shell in bottom of af 9-inch springform pan. Or Bake at 350
F for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar
and flour. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after
each addition. Blend in vanilla and chopped pecans. Pour into
crust, and bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool before removing
from pan. Chill. Brush with maple syrup. Garnish with pecan
halves.
