Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup margarine melted

3 packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup raspberry jam

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine. Press
into 9-inch spring form pan.

Beat softened cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time,
and beat until just blended.

Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Dot with raspberry jam. With
a knife make a zig-zag pattern through jam to marble. Bake at 350
degrees F for 40 minutes or until center is set. Refrigerate 3
hours or overnight. Makes 10-12 servings.
