CHERRY CHEESE ICE CREAM
Yield: 1 servings
3 oz cream cheese; softened
1 cn sweetened condensed milk
2 c half & half
2 c whipping cream, unwhipped
1 tb vanilla
1/2 ts almond extract
17 oz sweet cherries; pitted, drained or 10 oz Maraschino cherries, chopped
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually
add sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients;
mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according
to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1-1/2 quarts.
