Chocolate Icecream 03

Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3 egg yolks
2 2/3 cups cream
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate
Stir together sugar and cocoa. Beat in egg yolks. Gradually beat
in cream. Chill and stir freeze. Grate and stir in semisweet
chocolate. Makes about 1 quart.
Note: This recipe is for a 1-quart machine. Double or triple
ingredients if needed for your machine.
