Ginger Ice Cream
Yield: 1 pint

1 pint light cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon candied ginger, diced very fine

Warm the cream along with the ginger. Do not allow it even to come
to a simmer. Stir in the salt and sugar. Allow to cool slowly.
Chill. Freeze in Donvier.
