Homemade Ice Cream
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
whole milk
In a blender or with an egg beater blend all ingredients together
except the whole milk. Pour the mixture into your 4 quart ice cream
maker. Use the whole milk to fill the container up to the "fill
line". Freeze.
