Green Mango Sauce Ice Cream
1 pint vanilla ice cream
4 cups green mango sauce
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients quickly in blender before ice cream thaws.
Place in ice cube trays and freeze.
Green Mango Sauce
4 cup green mangoes
1 to 2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Wash and pare mangoes, cut into thin slices. Place mangos in water
and cook until tender. Add sugar and bring to a full boil. Puree
and chill.
