Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars
1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
Melt together sugar and syrup. Add in peanut butter and stir until
well mixed. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies. Press
into buttered sheet cake pan. (Should be 1/2 inch or less thick)
Cool completely, then cut into 3x4 inch bars. Sandwich with chocolate
chip ice cream in the middle.
