Custard Apple or Soursop Ice-Cream
serves 8

3 cups pureed custard apple or soursop
200g caster sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cups cream

Mix fruit puree with sugar. Add eggs, lime juice and cream, then
mix well. Churn in an ice-cream machine according to manufacturer's
instructions, then freeze. Let this ice-cream soften a little before
serving.

Note: 1 cup is 250ml, 1 tablespoon 20ml.
