2 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup sweet condensed milk chilled
1/2 tsp rum extract
21 oz can cherry pie filling
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup mini choc chips
Beat chilled milk to soft peaks, not stiff. Fold in remaining
ingredients. Place in a 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover and freeze firm. When
ready to serve, scoop out what you need
