Print this Recipe    Strawberry Ice Cream

2 3-oz packages strawberry Jello
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
4 eggs, well beaten
1 quart milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
10 oz pkg frozen strawberries

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add eggs, milk, cream
and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Stir in strawberries. Pour
into 1 gallon freezer can and freeze according to manufacturers
directions. Makes 1 gallon.

Very easy to prepare. Also have added different flavors such as rasberry.
