My friend wanted me to make her an "I hate school and want to quit pie" (anyone seen the movie Waitress?). I looked up this recipe and thought it sounded yummy and would distract her from homework woes. She and my coworker loved it! Mine didn't have as much flavor because I didn't add flavoring, but I'll know to do that next time. Thanks for posting!
