Vanilla Ice Cream
5 fresh eggs
2 cans evaporated milk (or one can milk and 1 pint whipping cream)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
dash of salt
1/4 cup flour
homogenized milk
Beat eggs until thick and frothy. Add sugar and beat until
incorporated. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into ice
cream freezer and add milk to the fill line. Freeze according to
manufactures instructions.
