Blanc Mange

1/3 cup cornflour
2 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
60g dark cooking chocolate

Blend cornflour with 1/2 cup of the milk. Heat remaining milk with
sugar in pan. When nearly boiling, quickly stir in cornflour mixture,
stir until mixture boils and thickens, stir over heat further 2
minutes. Add vanilla and chopped chocolate, stir until smooth. Pour
mixture into wet individual moulds or serving dish. Refrigerate
until firm.
