Grape Nut Pudding

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons grape nuts
1 cup milk
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Add rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat
well. Add lemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well.
Fold in egg whites.

Bake in a greased pan. Place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 degrees
for about one hour.
