Woodford Pudding
1 cup fresh butter
6 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 cup blackberry jam
2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix first 3 ingredients, stir in blackberry jam. Combine dry
ingredients and add to liquid . Mix until creamy . Pour batter into
a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan/Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till
pudding is firm. Serves 12
