Cottage Cheese Noodle Pudding
Serves 6

8 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
3 eggs
1/2 lb cottage cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar
juice of 1/2 lemmon
1/2 c white raisins
6 tbls butter
1/4 c cornflake crumbs
1/4 c ground toasted almonds

Beat eggs, add cheese, sour cream, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and
raisins. Fold cooked noodles into this mixture. Put half of the
butter inn an 8 x 12-inch baking dish; heat in 350F oven until
melted. Pour noodle mixture into the baking dish; top with the
cornflake crumbs and almonds, and dot with the remaining butter.
Bake 1 hour at 350F.
