Noodle Pudding

1 lb package wide egg noodles
1 stick butter
1 jar of light colored jelly or jam
raisins
apples (8-10) skinned, cored and sliced thin
cinnamon, sugar and more butter (for topping)
4 eggs (room temp)
1/2 c. sugar

Bring eggs to room temp so they don't coddle when mixed with hot
noodles. Cook noodles and drain. Mix with eggs and butter. Then
add the rest of ingredients except for the cinnamon, sugar and more
butter. Put noodle mix in an long baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon
and sugar and dot with butter. Bake at about 350 degrees F for
30-45 min. or when the top is brown.
