Rice Pudding

5 cups cooked white rice
1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar, or less
2 eggs
2 pinches salt
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 to 1 1/2 cups raisins, to taste (more raisins-less sugar and vice versa)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups milk

Beat together well the cooked rice, sugar, eggs, and salt. Add
flour, raisins, vanilla, and milk. Mix well. Place in large
greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees F. for about 1 hour
and 20 minutes (try 350 degrees and probably baking time would be
shorter). Makes at least eight servings.
