White Chocolate Mousse
3 egg yolks 150 gr white chocolate ( in block) 100 gr g sugar 2 cups cream 1-2 tablespoons of any nice liquer, as cointrau or grand marnier
Stir the yolks with the sugar for a while. Whip the cream. Add the liquer to the eggs. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven (takes very short time, take care). Mix the chocolate with the egg/sugar mixture. Add the cream gradualy, stir well. Put in portion cups or a bigger one. Let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
