Artichoke Bean Dip
15 oz canned navy beans, drained or pinto beans 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained 7 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and minced 2 tb lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, pressed 2 whole green onion, chopped or minced yellow onion salt and pepper, to taste paprika, for garnish
Combine all ingredients except the 7 oz of minced artichokes in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces for texture and enhanced flavor.
