Artichoke Dip

1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon curry
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
Carrs Table Water Crackers

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl stir together all ingredients, except crackers.
Spoon into 9" bak ing dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges
are very lightly browned. Serve with crackers. Serves 10 - 12
