LAYERED BEAN DIP
16-oz can refried beans 4-oz can chopped green chilies, drained 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted 2 T. lemon juice 12-oz picante sauce 1 cup sour cream 1 cup lettuce, shredded 1 cup (4-oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese sliced black olives
Mix together the refried beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning. Spread on serving plate, or in a dish. Blend avocados, lemon juice, and 1/2 the picante until smooth. Spread avocado mixture on top of beans. Spread sour cream on top of avocado mixture. Spread the following in layers: lettuce, cheese, the rest of the picante, olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
