Chipped Beef Spread
16 ounces cream cheese 4 tablespoons milk 4 tablespoons green pepper, grated 4 tablespoons onion, grated 6 ounces dried chipped beef, chopped 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup walnuts (optional), chopped
Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan over low heat, until cheese melts. Add green pepper, onion, chipped beef, and sour cream. Mix well. Put into small, greased casserole dish (about 1 1/2 quart size). Top with nuts, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Triscuits or other crackers.
