Beer Cheese 03

Beer Cheese
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese,
2 ounces blue cheese, cut up
3 ounces cream cheese, cut up
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup lager beer
Combine cut up cheeses in the bowl of food processor. Add caraway,
paprika and beer. Blend until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl.
Serve at room temperature with crackers.
