Blue Dip

16 ounces Neufchatel cheese (softened)
6 ounces blue cheese (crumbled)
2/3 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

Put the softened Neufchatel cheese in a large mixing bowl and add
the milk. Beat with an electric mixer until completely smooth.
Add the remaining ingredientsexcept for the blue cheese. Mix well
until completely blended. Now add the blue cheese and thoroughly
incorporate it into the dip with the electric mixer. Chill for an
hour or two and serve. The dip will be pretty thick and stiff --
it's supposed to be.
