Bleu Cheese Balls
Yield: 18 balls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz Bleu cheese
3 tb chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
2 tb dried parsley
2 tb dried chives (optional)
chopped pecans or walnuts for rolling
Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Roll in chopped pecans or
walnuts; chill.
