Cheese Ball
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
8oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 Tbsp. onion (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. jalepeno pepper (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. pimiento
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tsp. red pepper
1/2 Tsp. salt
3 or more drops Tabasco
finely chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients (except nuts) together in food processor until
smooth. Chill until you can form into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts.
