Cheese Spread
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons garlic salt
3 tablespoons PLUS 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Tabasco
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pound margarine or butter
3/4 pound cheddar cheese - grated fine
3 ounces Romano cheese
Mix with electric mixer until well blended. Refrigerate
