Chicken Pecan Cheese Spread
8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped chutney
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 Tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
Chopped pecans, for garnish 1. In a food processor, combine cheese,
chicken, toasted pecans, mayonnaise, chutney, curry and parsley.
Process just until combined. Place in a serving dish and garnish
with chopped pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
