Ingredients
16 oz Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white pepper (may substitute black)
2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
3 tablespoons Dried Chives
Mix all ingredients in a bowl using an electric mixer. Mix until a smooth consistency. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with fresh cut vegetables (baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, etc.)
