Deborah's Crap Dip
8 oz crabmeat
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Horseradish
Couple dashes Tabasco
Dash Seasoned salt
Pre-heat over to 350 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayo until smooth. Add seasonings,
briefly mix. Add crab and mix. Place in quiche dish or pie pan.
Cook 10 minutes. Take out and top with parmesan cheese (or favorite
cheese). Bake another 15 minutes.
Serve with crackers. I use Bremner's Wafers...a light white cracker.
