Sun-Dried Tomato Party Spread
2 large cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1 cup oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8 oz cream cheese
crackers
Lift the sun-dried tomatoes out of the oil. letting the oil drain
away. Place the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in a blender or food
processor and chop finely. Add lemon juice. Pat cream cheese into
a four inch round disk. Top with tomato mixture. Encircle with
crackers.
