DELICOUS APPLE DIP
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix together well. Serve with apple wedges. (If apples are going
to be left out for any length of time during serving, dip wedges
in lemon juice so they won't turn brown).
