SYR I CHESNOK POD MAYONEM
Russian Garlic Cheese Spread
3 garlic cloves, minced
5 tb mayonnaise
1/2 ts salt
8 oz Muenster cheese, grated
1 tb chives chopped
Mix the cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Stir in
the chives and salt. Blend this mixture well. Refrigerate and when
serving allow to approach room temp.
