Herb Curry Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp fines herbs, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp curry powder
2 tsps capers, drained
Mix all ingredients together and chill thoroughly.
