Print this Recipe    Orange Hummus

1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons tahini, (sesame seed paste)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
16 oz. can drained garbanzo beans

Drop parsley, onion and garlic into food processor and process
until minced. Add remaining ingredients, and process until smooth.
Serve with Pita Triangles or Celery sticks
